Université de Provence
Marseille

[ ]The STEINER Arts Building (4 sub-boards)
The arts building of Provence is one of the largest in all of the universities. It stands four stories tall and its quite unattractive in its concrete faces. Within its walls students study many variations of the arts with a huge list of subjects including Art History, Visual Arts, Film Studies, Media, Music, Dance, Performance Arts, and Drama.
00
[ ]The Production Centre (5 sub-boards)
Provence is known for it’s diversity in students and core work. So where does all the hard work end up? In the Production Centre, of course. The tall, two story building is full with studios, halls, and even has its own theatre and a cinema run by the students. Some parts of the university are open to the public and they’re all in the Production Centre.
00
[ ]The CAVERNI Building (4 sub-boards)
Only about a fifth of Provence students focus on the sciences and the Caverni building is a dwarf in comparison to its larger, bricks and mortar brother. Many of the students that take the classes of Chemistry, Physics and Biology do so as an aside to the main focus on the arts of this particular university. This building also houses the IT section, photography and digital design students, and the Film and Media laboratories. White coats and bright lights galore!

Université de la Méditerranée
Marseille

[ ]Faculté des Sciences de Luminy (4 sub-boards)
The Institute for Sciences at U.Med is one of the most used buildings. It hosts a plethora of students and courses based on the sciences, from Biology, Chemistry and Physics to Oceanology and Geology. Most of this huge building is made up of laboratories which are constantly in use, and huge amphitheatre lecture halls.
00
[ ]Faculté des Sciences du Sport (4 sub-boards)
The massive building that houses the Sports Sciences departments is easily the largest of the U.Med buildings. Not only does it have numerous sports halls, but gymnasiums, a pool, and countless sport-orientated facilities. The halls are long, clean and echoic, and many university games are played within it’s walls.
00
[ ]École supérieure d'ingénieurs de Luminy (3 sub-boards)
U.Med’s Engineering department is as meticulous as the Science department. There are as many laboratories as there are workshops here and the discipline is well reputed throughout. It’s a man’s world, but the women are respected, and the students are encouraged to do as much practical work as they can.

Université Paul Cézanne
Marseille

[ ]Centre d'Éducation (1 sub-board)
The main campus building from the outside looks like a historical art gallery or something as equally prestigious. It stands just three floors tall, and over half of the entire building is made up of lecture halls and auditoriums. Focus is on study and textbook learning, so you wont find much in the way of extra curricular facilities in the building. After all, the lawyers and authors of tomorrow don’t need much distraction.
00
[ ]Bibliothèque des Universités (2 sub-boards)
The Library at UPC is the largest of Marseille. Students from all three Universities use it’s facilities and it is even open to the public during business hours. The huge, classic French four story architecture of this astounding building is remarkable and it only adds to the beauty of the UPC campus in all it’s glory. At certain times of the year it holds events too, such as competitions and art shows of various genres which always prove to be popular.
00
[ ]Les Jardins de Cézanne (3 sub-boards)
UPC has the most exquisite gardens of all of the universities. It’s open only to students of Aix-Marseille and is maintained in part by the same students that care for the Botanic Garden on the roof of U.Med. Some of it remains untouched as forestry and wildlife habitation, and parts are so well groomed they could win awards. Every season brings new colours to its beds and bushes.

[ ]Université de la Méditerranée (3 sub-boards)
The two sea-side and one suburban buildings that house about two thousand of U. Med’s students are always busy. Some say they never sleep. And we all know how crazy those Med students can be.

[ ]Université Paul Cézanne (4 sub-boards)
UPC's accommodations are smaller and more numerous than the other two universities. Some were even converted barns from the suburbs that were once farmland around the city.

[ ]Student Houses
Spotted all through the city and it’s suburbs are houses, usually between 3 and 6 bedrooms big, that serve as accommodation to the students of all three universities who neither wanted to live in campus buildings or at home.

IBS of Provence
Marseille

[ ]Le Mas (3 sub-boards)
I.B.S has managed to create an authentic family spirit, a harmonious school life, enriching, tolerant, respectful of beliefs and customs which its international uniqueness demands. The school facilities are concentrated around the main building, a typical provençal "mas" and perfectly adapted to the daily activities of the centre.

[ ]Sports Complex (3 sub-boards)
There are sporting as well as teaching facilities: six floodlit tennis courts, a handball court, a basketball/volleyball court, an outdoor swimming pool, a dance/martial arts/table tennis area. Students are technically not supposed to use the facilities unsupervised.
00
[ ]Boarding Houses (3 sub-boards)
The three modern boarding houses are located within five minutes from the main campus. Designed on the concept of a family home, under the watchful eye of teachers or final-year undergraduates, the boarding section is an extension of the school day in a convivial atmosphere alternating between study periods, meals and leisure time. Three boarding houses accomodate students in rooms of four and students are encouraged to respect the basic rules of communal life; consideration for others, punctuality, personal hygiene and tidiness. The following services are available to boarders: travel bookings, transportation services, medical care monitoring and pocket-money management.
